"HVOF thermal spraying (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel spraying)" is a super hard thermal spray coating adapted for wear and corrosion resistance. Due to the smooth surface of the coating, it is easy to achieve a super mirror finish, and a thick film formation is also realized. The extremely high particle velocity (500–800 m/s) produces a coating with very high density and low porosity.
