Thin materials are processed by pulling them out from the top, but depending on the clamping method and the conditions of the cutting tool, there can be some deviation. A common inquiry is about the guaranteed dimensional tolerance. Since it is resin, we typically allow a range of about 0.05 mm for a length of 50 mm, including warping, for MC nylon and Duracon.
