For the development of optical products. A ZrO2 mixture with an ultra-high refractive index of over 1.685. Data sheet available.
We provide nano-dispersion technology using ultra-fine zirconia beads. The refinement of the mixture and high-quality dispersion enable uniform functionality. 【Lineup of Dispersion Liquids】 ■ DLZ/DLB Series Contains high refractive index nano-sized fillers. Dispersion liquids for zirconia oxide and barium titanate are also available. ■ DZM Series Mixes ZrO2 with UV acrylic monomers. It is also possible to create films with a high refractive index of 1.70 or more. We can accommodate solvent changes based on applications (DLZ series). ■ DLIT/DLAT Series Mixes ITO and ATO with PGME. It offers excellent long-term storage stability and provides antistatic and thermal shielding properties. *For more details, please refer to the data sheet available for download in PDF format.

basic information
【Related Technology: Provision of CNT Dispersion Resin】 Our company can uniformly disperse CNTs in resin without using dispersants. This uniform dispersion allows for high conductivity and peel strength even with low concentration formulations. By simply incorporating 0.5% into epoxy resin used as an interlayer adhesive for CFRP, it is possible to enhance functionality such as surface strength improvement and static electricity countermeasures. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*

At Daiken Chemical Industry's Tsurumi Research Institute, we handle nano-dispersed liquids. Nano-dispersion is a technology that achieves high functionality by dispersing nano materials three-dimensionally within a film. Our nano-dispersion technology using ultra-fine zirconia beads offers various benefits such as miniaturization (nanosizing), high dispersion, enhanced functionality, reduced running costs, decreased contamination from equipment, and stable quality. At the Tsurumi Research Institute, we provide optimal responses tailored to our customers' needs.
