Hard materials + soft materials! Introducing adhesive technology that makes it relatively easy to handle multi-color small lots.
The surface texture is designed to have a soft feel, while other parts require mechanical strength, often using hard materials like ABS and soft materials such as elastomers. Traditionally, dual molding (insert molding) or two-color molding techniques are used, but these do not allow for the fusion of resins and instead physically fix them, leaving other areas in a separated state. Our company adopts a method of separately molding and then adhering the parts together, rather than using these processing methods. This approach allows us to avoid the risk of mold damage due to insert defects and the complexity of the mold structure in two-color molding, making it relatively easy to accommodate small lots of multiple colors. **Features** - Hard material + soft material - Molded separately and adhered together - Avoids the risk of mold damage due to insert defects - Relatively easy to accommodate small lots of multiple colors *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
