The surface texture is designed to have a soft feel, while other parts require mechanical strength, often using hard materials like ABS and soft materials such as elastomers. Traditionally, dual molding (insert molding) or two-color molding techniques are used, but these do not allow for the fusion of resins and instead physically fix them, leaving other areas in a separated state. Our company adopts a method of separately molding and then adhering the parts together, rather than using these processing methods.
