The "M150A" is a high-sensitivity optical sensor for observing and inspecting optical waveforms that can be directly connected to commercially available oscilloscopes. The detection sensitivity range is from 10nW to 10µW, with a frequency response of around 10KHz. It comes standard with an aperture for adjusting light intensity, allowing waveforms to be recorded on an oscilloscope.
