[Yupotack Base Paper [High-Performance Product] SGM 80] This is Yupotack base paper that has significantly improved suitability for industrial digital printing machines such as UV inkjet and laser printers, in addition to enhancing conventional printing suitability for letterpress, offset, flexo, and gravure. ■Features - Excellent ink water resistance and water abrasion resistance across various printing methods. It is expected to reduce the need for varnishing processes during printing. - Very little bleeding during UV inkjet printing, making it suitable for printing fine text. - Improved heat resistance and toner adhesion on the product surface helps suppress curling during printing. It is also expected to be usable as tack paper for laser printers commonly used in offices. [Yupotack Base Paper [High-Performance Product] SDI 80] This is Yupotack base paper that has obtained certification for HP Indigo digital printing machines, in addition to enhancing conventional printing suitability. ■Features - Can be printed without pre-coating, contributing to shorter delivery times and cost reduction. - Excellent ink water resistance and water abrasion resistance on HP Indigo digital printing machines. It is expected to reduce the need for varnishing processes during printing.

Yupo Corporation is a joint venture established in May 1969 with the aim of commercializing synthetic paper derived from petrochemicals, through equal investment by Oji Paper Co., Ltd. (now Oji Holdings Corporation) and Mitsubishi Oil Co., Ltd. (now Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation). In 1971, the first production line was completed, followed by the second in 1986 and the third in 1990 at the Kashima Plant (Kamis, Ibaraki Prefecture), establishing a stable supply system for both domestic and international markets. Subsequently, in September 1998, a subsidiary was established in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA, to handle production and sales, further enhancing the global stable supply system. Since October 2000, a sales subsidiary has been established in Germany, initiating independent sales using the YUPO brand in Europe and Africa. Additionally, sales bases have been set up in China, India, and Thailand, making Yupo a top manufacturer with a significant share in the synthetic paper sector worldwide.
