For those who want to automate but are having difficulty making progress.

When considering automating the current process, what do you think about first? Do you find yourself somewhat thinking about it but unsure how to start, struggling to make progress, or getting stuck along the way? Please feel free to consult with us. For example, we will think around the robot based on the content discussed in meetings. However, the movements of the robot, the speed of 1 to 2 seconds per unit, and the characteristics of the tasks are greatly influenced by factors such as layout and configuration. The surrounding machines and fixtures, not just the robots, are also important, and the robot hands and fixtures will change accordingly. We propose a comprehensive robotic automation system that includes not just machines but also fixtures. (Sometimes, using a single-axis robot may be better than a multi-axis robot.) In terms of specific discussions (this is the current consultation topic): We will conduct leak tests on products processed from the previous step, perform visual inspections, and place the approved items into boxes. These boxes will also be stacked. For the visual inspection, we want to examine the entire circumference, including the bottom surface. We will shape this with specifications such as a cycle time of 2 seconds per unit. While making full use of robots, we will propose solutions that encompass the entire process, not just the robots.
