For those who want to automate but are having difficulty making progress.
When considering automating the current process, what do you think about first? Do you find yourself somewhat thinking about it but unsure how to start, struggling to make progress, or getting stuck along the way? Please feel free to consult with us. For example, we will think around the robot based on the content discussed in meetings. However, the movements of the robot, the speed of 1 to 2 seconds per unit, and the characteristics of the tasks are greatly influenced by factors such as layout and configuration. The surrounding machines and fixtures, not just the robots, are also important, and the robot hands and fixtures will change accordingly. We propose a comprehensive robotic automation system that includes not just machines but also fixtures. (Sometimes, using a single-axis robot may be better than a multi-axis robot.) In terms of specific discussions (this is the current consultation topic): We will conduct leak tests on products processed from the previous step, perform visual inspections, and place the approved items into boxes. These boxes will also be stacked. For the visual inspection, we want to examine the entire circumference, including the bottom surface. We will shape this with specifications such as a cycle time of 2 seconds per unit. While making full use of robots, we will propose solutions that encompass the entire process, not just the robots.

basic information
We will provide a comprehensive proposal that includes robots. We will consider whether a multi-joint robot, a scara, or a single-axis robot is needed, and suggest appropriate equipment and fixtures based on the work content. We support automation.
Price information
It depends on the scope of automation.
Delivery Time

Applications/Examples of results
Currently, I am working on: - Observing the unique movements of operators who peel off film in detail and translating those movements into robotic actions, as well as designing jigs. - Combining multiple inspections, including appearance checks and other tests, on products from the previous process to ultimately produce acceptable items and handle packaging. We are addressing a wide range of automation, from automating individual process tasks to automating the entire workflow.

We are a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of dedicated machines, including press-fitting and testing/measurement devices, as well as robots. Regarding press-fitting, we have developed our own testing equipment that can provide numerical suggestions, such as load, even in the prototype stage, and we accept various consultations that include specifications and design issues. With the aim of proposing solutions to "customer challenges and concerns," we have seen a demand for automation in press-fitting machines and inspection devices in recent years. For example: - Equipment that includes loading and unloading (packaging) for press-fitting devices - Inspection of products from all directions (automation of visual inspection) To respond more precisely to these needs, we have introduced robots in-house, evolving our role from mere transportation to verifying and proposing changes to the work itself. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding the pros and cons of "sometimes with robots, sometimes without." In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to multiple product compatibility and weight limitations in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
