This product is a mock-up of a bucket seat frame used in automobiles. It is made of aluminum and processed using a machining center. We received 3D data from the customer and performed the machining through total cutting. Since there is no flat drawing, know-how is required for methods such as material holding during setup. Additionally, as it is a mock-up, a certain level of appearance quality is also required. Our company specializes in 3D machining and can handle complex shapes.
