"Film Removal Processing" is a recycling process that regenerates dummy substrates and defective film substrates back into raw glass using our proprietary process, and returns the regenerated glass to customers, allowing it to be reused as dummy substrates for film deposition. For each film configuration, we utilize surface treatment technologies and various know-how to select suitable chemicals, removing unnecessary films and returning the glass to its pre-deposition state.
