Visualization of radiochemical separation processes
The NP Imager monitors the position and distribution of multiple isotopes over time, allowing radiochemists and technicians to observe the separation process in real-time. In the process shown here, the NP Imager measured the separation of Lu-177 and Yb-175 in the column over three and a half hours using a 10-minute exposure. It is clear when Yb-175 was removed from the column, enabling the radiochemist to know when to collect the desired Lu-177.

Detailed information
-
The NP Imager is specially designed to monitor the dynamics of radiochemical processes. Therefore, the NP Imager includes onboard algorithms that are not standard in GeGI, such as ZoomFactor. Additionally, the NP Imager can be installed on a robotic arm mounted on a wheeled gantry cart. This configuration allows for flexible placement of the NP Imager above or around the radiochemist to clearly understand the process.
