Contributing to improved processing efficiency and mass production! We have developed a clamping method suitable for image inspection.
We would like to introduce a case where we developed a clamping fixture in response to customer requests to "increase work efficiency" and "adapt to CCD image inspection." The clamping fixture we developed allows for the quick attachment and detachment of tools. By increasing the number of fixtures, we contribute to improved processing efficiency and mass production capabilities. With side pressure applied, it enables positioning verification without being affected by vibrations during automatic loading within the machine, allowing for inspection and full processing of the entire ceiling surface. [Development Overview] - Purpose: Improve work efficiency, adapt to CCD image inspection - Initial prototype clamping fixture: Chucking from two directions - Completed clamping fixture: Improved to chucking from one direction *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

We actively tackle complex and difficult-to-machine products, such as round shapes, square shapes, complex geometries, and hard-to-cut materials, which are considered challenging by other companies. We refer to the know-how cultivated by our engineers over 70 years since our founding as "hand" technology, always keeping in mind the importance of creating products by hand. We deliver reliable metal cutting products that are based on digital processing centered around 3D CAD/CAM and the hand technology of highly versatile engineers, with a focus on proving measurable numerical values. We are accustomed to creating "jigs, tools, and equipment" in-house, and we pursue flexibility and diversity in "setup time" and "jig design," which are often problematic in lot production, ensuring that we provide products of consistent and stable quality.
