The "Steaming and Kneading Machine" is a horizontal cooker that α-gelatinizes and gelatinizes work materials (rice flour, mochi flour, corn flour, starch). A suitable amount of work and water is supplied into a cylindrical drum. After supply, steam is introduced, and mixing occurs. The mixing shaft employs our unique crank mechanism. The mixing shaft, which is mounted horizontally inside the drum, is not linear but crank-shaped, ensuring uniform steaming while preventing work materials (shin flour, mochi, dough) from adhering to the shaft.
