The "Fully Automatic Seasoning Machine with Slide Type" is a batch-type seasoning device that applies sauces such as salad oil, soy sauce, and syrup to workpieces (rice crackers, snacks, fried products, and baked goods). It automatically performs a series of seasoning processes: 1. supplying workpieces to the basket, 2. moving the basket, 3. dipping in the sauce, 4. shaking off the sauce, 5. moving the basket, and 6. discharging from the basket. The processes 2 and 5, which are filled with workpieces, move in a straight line, allowing for large-scale processing. Additionally, to ensure uniform seasoning, it features two tanks: a main tank and a sub-tank, with sauce circulating between both tanks.
