The "Custom" is a commercial water softener that can simultaneously process iron removal, manganese removal, and softening with a single unit. ■ Example of performance: Raw water Fe6.0/Mn0.79/Hardness 255 → Treated water Fe less than 0.03/Mn less than 0.005/Hardness less than 0.5 ■ No need for hypochlorite, stable removal performance even with high concentrations of iron and manganese, and softening can be done simultaneously. ■ Equipped with a specially designed valve and an automatic control panel, it provides high-quality water exceeding tap water at a low cost. ■ No pH adjustment is needed, and raw water backwashing is possible. With the installation of two or more units, continuous operation for 24 hours is possible with alternating regeneration. Maintenance can be performed for each unit, and with three Custom 50 units processing in parallel, a maximum capacity of 150L/min is achievable. It is possible to set optimal regeneration, backwash time, and salt amount according to water quality and usage conditions. The structure allows for easy detachment of valves and maintenance inspections of parts, making it excellent in terms of maintainability. Even if the resin becomes contaminated with iron or manganese, appropriate maintenance can be performed with a dedicated cleaner, and there are numerous operational records of use for over 10 years.
