It is recommended for antiviral measures during the air conditioning season in the peak summer when constant ventilation is difficult. To ensure that customers are aware of the strong antiviral measures, the filter itself is labeled with "Antiviral, Anti-MRSA, Anti-Mold" and "MADE IN JAPAN." Q: Since it is different from the genuine product, will there be any issues with the warranty (such as response in case of malfunction)? A: There are no issues. We are covered by PL insurance, so we will handle any matters related to product liability through the insurance. However, if you install the ecowin filter in an air conditioner with a filter reset or dust sensor, there is a risk that the filter may get caught and cause the air conditioner to malfunction, which would not be covered by PL insurance, so please avoid installing it near the sensor drive components.
