This product is a prototype part of a propeller used for hydroelectric power generation. The material is iron (SS400), and it has been machined using a 5-axis machining center. By consolidating the machining process into one step, we have enhanced precision and reduced processing time. Additionally, due to the undulations in the blade section, care must be taken to ensure that cutting tools do not come into contact with the undulated areas during machining.
