Our company handles the 'Air Blast Direct Pressure FD-GT', which features a large table that rotates intermittently for workpiece transport, while a smaller table rotates during processing and air blowing. Every certain period, the large table rotates, and the workpieces that have completed blasting and air blowing return to the opening at the front of the device. Next, while the large table is rotating, blasting occurs at the processing position within the device, and air blowing takes place at the air blow position. At the opening at the front of the device, the processed workpieces are removed, and unprocessed workpieces are set. To achieve one-piece flow production at the device opening and eliminate defects caused by contact between workpieces, we combine robot workpiece handling and automatic transport. This system is more powerful than conventional gravity-type blasting machines capable of unmanned air blasting processes, resulting in higher cutting volume and processing speed. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
