Customization of sensing range and total proposals including peripheral components.
A next-generation high-performance sensor that achieves high-precision detection with millimeter waves, compact and excellent in environmental resistance. Millimeter wave sensors are advancing in technological innovation, particularly in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), but they are also gaining attention for their outstanding accuracy and resolution beyond automotive applications. Currently, millimeter wave radar in the 76-77 GHz and 78-81 GHz bands is only adopted for automotive radar systems due to Japanese regulations (standards), but it is expected to be adopted in non-automotive applications in the future. Glowill proposes customized designs for industrial equipment based on the technology developed for sensors in the 24 GHz and 77 GHz bands used in automotive millimeter wave radar. We have many industrial equipment manufacturers that we collaborate with on power supplies and electronic components, making us an ideal consultation partner for considering millimeter wave sensors for industrial equipment. In fact, some of our customers are already beginning to explore the deployment of frequency bands intended for automotive use into industrial equipment. basic information
Millimeter wave sensors are K-band-based motion detectors. They are suitable for integration into compact devices for motion detection and ranging functions, and are applied in intelligent IoT devices such as intelligent control, automatic guiding lamps, automatic door control switches, and security systems. Due to the characteristics of millimeter waves, they can detect without issues even in outdoor adverse weather conditions (rain or snow) and in environments where illumination changes rapidly (tunnels or indoors). This next-generation high-performance sensor achieves high-precision detection with millimeter waves (which have low linearity) and is compact and highly resistant to environmental conditions.
