I have ideas for energy saving.
Top runner transformers are subject to regulations that mandate transformer manufacturers to switch to these models, and users are required to consider their adoption. Therefore, many factories are progressing with the replacement of transformers along with the transition to top runner transformers. In factories, this mainly applies to high-voltage distribution equipment (single-phase 10kVA and above), but transformers used in low-voltage distribution equipment (below 10kVA) within the same factory fall outside the scope of this regulation. The "energy-saving transformer" supports energy-saving activities for low-voltage distribution equipment (such as distribution boards, control panels, and sub-distribution boards). basic information
The energy-saving transformer features a "no-cut wound core structure" where the iron core is wound with a coil. By making the core no-cut, there are no gaps (joints) in the core, which reduces iron losses due to leakage flux, and is particularly effective in reducing the excitation current that continues to flow during standby (no-load) conditions. Even if the factory's air conditioning, lighting, and production equipment are not operating at 100% capacity, power continues to be consumed by the excitation current during standby (no-load) periods. The energy-saving transformer contributes to the overall energy efficiency of the factory by reducing power consumption even during standby.
Applications/Examples of results
Even though I would like to create estimates of energy-saving effects and internal documents for consideration, it is difficult to find the time while managing a busy workload. This is especially true for factory equipment with many transformers, where the calculations become more complex. Therefore, Glowill provides the following support for energy-saving personnel. ▼ Detailed Energy-Saving Estimates If you disclose the capacity and number of units you are considering for introduction, we will propose cost benefits that include initial investments (transformer purchase costs) along with energy-saving estimates. Since we calculate using real figures from previous effectiveness verifications, I believe this will be useful as a basis for considering whether to proceed with the introduction. ▼ Support for Creating Presentation Materials We will assist in creating internal presentation (approval) materials according to your internal format.
Company information
As of April 1, 2015, we changed our company name from Kowa Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. to Grow Will Co., Ltd. Following the renovation of our office building and the completion of our new factory in 2014, we explored the direction of our company and concluded that "providing a workplace for those aiming to grow in Itoigawa City, Niigata Prefecture" is our reason for existence. The new company name embodies the desire to "grow (GROW) and achieve one's future aspirations (WILL)." We are committed to further developing our business, and we kindly ask for your continued guidance and support. Grow Will Co., Ltd. President and CEO Takeo Tsuchida
