Heat treatment of materials is conducted in an atmospheric environment. We can perform heat treatment on items weighing up to 10 tons. Typically, we heat treat with a finishing allowance, making it suitable for items such as mold materials and machine parts that require finishing after heat treatment. Correction using a 300-ton press is also possible. There are various types of heat treatment, including quenching and tempering (hardening), normalizing, and annealing.
