【Process】 1. Incoming inspection (check for damage to the base material, etc.) 2. Degreasing treatment (removal of oil and foreign substances adhering to the base material) 380℃ for 40 minutes 3. Sandblasting (roughening of the coating surface with alumina #80) 4. Air blow (removal of dust and foreign substances) 5. Primer application (black primer, approximately 10um) 6. Drying (drying at 80℃ for 20 minutes) 7. Topcoat application (application of PTFE-based paint, approximately 20um) 8. Drying (drying at 80℃ for 20 minutes) 9. Firing (firing at 380℃ for 30 minutes) 10. Cooling (natural cooling) 11. Inspection (check for surface condition, adhesion of foreign substances, and film thickness) 12.
