The "SHARP SAW DMX" is a solid carbide metal saw designed for difficult-to-cut materials, featuring a high discharge capability for chips and a rigid blade shape. With high heat resistance and high hardness coatings suitable for processing stainless steel alloys and titanium alloys, it achieves wear resistance 2.5 to 3 times greater than uncoated tools when working with SUS304. The blade shape, composed of a smooth R shape, facilitates the smooth discharge of chips and prevents adhesion to the cutting edge.
