Our company has established unique technology to provide hard chrome plating (hard chrome coating) on complex shapes such as uniform thin film thickness, runners, and gate sections, which have been difficult to achieve with conventional electric plating. Main plating products include: Rubber and plastic molds. Semiconductor encapsulation molds. Precision machined parts for automatic assembly machines for electronic components such as connectors, and parts for industrial machinery. With the miniaturization of devices like 5G, we respond to the demand for precision and strict dimensional tolerances. Our thin plating reduces the burden during assembly with a smooth finish that requires no post-processing. For molding molds, we improve release properties, implement corrosion prevention against gas, enhance hardness, and improve maintainability. Our solutions are effective against gas corrosion for materials such as POM, PPS, PEEK, nylon-based materials, PBT, antibacterial ABS resin, and mixed materials. We expect improvements in release properties for difficult-to-release items like elastomers and silicone. Our services can be tested at a relatively low cost compared to coatings. For hard chrome plating on rubber and plastic molding molds, we perform pre-treatment such as blasting (glass beads #120) and buff polishing, and for complex shapes, we create precise anodes crafted by skilled technicians for the plating process.

We are a specialized company in hard chrome plating. We mainly offer thin film processing for precision molds and parts, starting from 1 micron. We provide hard chrome plating with excellent wear resistance and release properties. In response to customer requests, we expanded our plating tanks in the summer of 2020. We can handle mass production parts at 50,000 units per month and accommodate long workpieces up to 2000mm. The size for plating molding molds is 800mm x 800mm x 400mm; please consult us for larger sizes. We manufacture electrodes in-house to enhance the plating efficiency for complex shapes. Plating is done exclusively by skilled craftsmen, with no automated plating processes. We have 54 years of specialized experience and know-how. We plan to start CR-C (super hard chrome plating) in the spring of 2021.
