The 17000 series is a charging and discharging device designed for the manufacturing process of lithium-ion batteries. This system includes a battery tray, high-durability battery contact probes, high-quality charging and discharging modules, and user-friendly software. The patented Battery Voltage Tracking Charging Device (BVT) significantly reduces output consumption that occurs during the battery charging process. Additionally, the Energy Regeneration Module (ERM) directly regenerates energy back to the DC power supply system during discharge, effectively enhancing power efficiency. These energy-saving designs lower energy consumption, contribute to reduced production costs, and are optimal from an environmental protection perspective. The software allows for flexible operation, and the device includes charging and discharging channels, current ranges, and test modules, making it suitable for applications such as battery development, production testing, mass production inspection, and quality control, thereby providing a significant advantage in battery production systems.
