At Inoue Iron Works, we have equipped five high-precision gear grinding machines made by REISHAUER, establishing a system that can accommodate JIS Grade 0. These machines are placed in a temperature-controlled constant temperature room, and further temperature management of the grinding oil and hydraulic oil is conducted through a grinding oil filtration system and a cooling system for grinding oil and lubricating oil, ensuring thorough quality control.
