At Inoue Iron Works, in order to achieve high-precision gear manufacturing, we operate two large-capacity air conditioning units continuously in the factory where gear grinding (gear finishing) is performed, creating a temperature-controlled room. In this temperature-controlled room, we have not only the gear grinding machines but also lubrication devices, tools, and measuring instruments used after gear grinding.
