The T12HP is an HBM torque sensor with "flex range" capability that can acquire all signals in the desired range as precise raw data with just one unit. Since no post-processing of data is required, the accuracy of calculations and analyses is significantly improved. Compared to the conventional T12 model, it greatly enhances temperature characteristics, non-linearity, and parasitic stress, with a temperature effect of 0.005% per 10K within the rated temperature range, and non-linearity including hysteresis at 0.007%. High accuracy is maintained over a wide range from 100N·mm to 10kN·m. It also supports CAN, PROFIBUS, EtherCAT, and PROFINET, allowing for easy integration into existing test benches.
