The "LI5600 series" is a digital lock-in amplifier that achieves high stability through digital processing after phase detection. It features excellent dynamic reserve of up to 100dB, an update rate of approximately 1.5M samples/s (for LI5660/LI5655), a fast and smooth output response with an amplitude resolution of 16 bits, and covers the fundamental performance that enhances the reliability of small signal measurements. Additionally, the LI5660 supports a maximum measurement frequency of 11MHz (when using the HF input terminal), while the LI5655 covers 3MHz, extending the range into the high-frequency domain compared to conventional models.
