● Development of "Color Cargo" This is a container developed for the manufacturing process that handles many raw materials, designed to enable color-coded storage and zoning to prevent the mixing of materials. ● Background of "Color Cargo" Development In compliance with HACCP, simply placing materials on cargo trucks or pallets often resulted in a poor appearance. Particularly when visitors came, there were cases where, despite proper segregation, it did not visually appear that way. Therefore, by using color-coded cargo trucks, we developed a specification that allows for visually appealing zoning and minimizes the risk of mix-ups within the company. ● Features of "Color Cargo" It is lightweight due to the use of an aluminum frame and plastic panels. With the addition of casters, it is easy to clean, and its height prevents it from being placed directly on the floor, ensuring hygiene. The front and top are open, making it easy to load and unload, and since it is color-coded, there are no issues that arise from zoning making work difficult. There are a total of 38 colors available, which can adequately accommodate a wide variety of raw materials and color coding for different contracts.
