We propose the vitrified grinding wheel 'V505J' for gear honing, in response to the needs for reducing processing time, improving dressing intervals, and enhancing gear precision as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce vehicle noise. Vitrified grinding wheels offer superior durability due to their strong bonding agents compared to traditional epoxy and hybrid types, allowing for improved dressing intervals and tooth profile accuracy. However, vitrified grinding wheels are inherently weak against impact.
