Bathtub insulation device "Bus Keeper SHS Series" compatible with centralized management system.
Electric heater-type bathtub insulation device! A centralized management system that can build a network of each device via wireless or wired connections, allowing operation and monitoring of up to 99 units.
The "Buskeeper SHS Series" is a bathtub insulation device that can be equipped with a centralized management system capable of monitoring and operating up to 99 units via a network, either wirelessly or wired, as an option. It can be operated through the control panel, remote control, or a PC with centralized management software installed! It supports both individual and batch operations! Utilizing the know-how of a filtration equipment manufacturer, it features an electric heater with a built-in circulation pump. It allows for effective temperature management of large bathtubs. It also enables water level control of the bathtub water, making full automation possible. Additionally, it can efficiently utilize limited hot spring sources for simple springs. Since it uses a continuous flow of hot spring water, the composition remains unchanged, and only heating is displayed. 【Features】 ■ Electric heater type with built-in pump, leveraging the know-how of a filtration equipment manufacturer ■ Compact design that does not require much space ■ Standard support for hot springs (simple springs) ■ Compatible with centralized management system (optional) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Control Content】 - Water level control using pressure sensors - Standard support for controlling the filling valve, make-up water valve, overflow valve, and drainage valve During filling, water is supplied in large volumes through the filling valve. After operation begins, water level decreases due to bathers or natural evaporation, which is replenished by the make-up water valve. After automatic filling of the bathtub, the overflow valve remains open to allow continuous overflow (mainly for hot springs). With the installation of the drainage valve, drainage can be performed with the push of a button. Example: Filling is done rapidly with a large flow from a large-diameter pipe. After filling is complete, a small amount of hot spring water continuously overflows from the overflow valve. If the water level significantly decreases after bathing, it is quietly replenished from the make-up water valve to restore the water level. When the customer checks out, the drainage valve is operated from the centralized management PC to drain the water. This is how it can be used. - Operation reservation is possible with a weekly timer.

Since our founding, Science has been engaged in business with the themes of health maintenance and environmental conservation. Throughout this journey, we have come to believe that water and air, the sources of all things, are indeed the most important elements connecting health and the environment. Starting with the development of a 24-hour bathing water purification and heating system (24-hour bath) that has been highly praised for its three major benefits of labor-saving, energy-saving, and resource-saving, we achieved a COP of 6.3 through simultaneous extraction of high-temperature water at 70°C and cold water at 7°C, significantly reducing CO2 emissions with our environmentally friendly and energy-saving heat pump system. We also developed a new product, a weakly acidic electrolyzed beauty water, which not only strongly inhibits the growth of Legionella bacteria but also offers high beauty effects due to its weakly acidic nature. Moving forward, we will continue to aim to be a company that brings joy and inspiration to people and the planet through product development centered on the themes of environment, energy conservation, water, and health.
