We would like to introduce some examples of problem-solving from Kinshinjuku Mold Manufacturing. "We made a mold at another company a few years ago, but the manufacturing company has gone out of business. There is no data or anything available. Is it possible to repair it?" This was one of the inquiries we received. In response, our company overhauled the mold and investigated the areas that needed repair. In addition to this, we have resolved other concerns such as "I want to produce a small lot (10 pieces) using pressing" and "I want to convert machined products to a pressing method."
