Taper processing/C surface processing

It has become possible to perform taper processing and C-surface processing to make parts easier to insert!

It is well known that adding a taper to the corners with jigs for inserting parts makes it easier to insert the workpiece. Currently, even if machining can be done, the costs are high, and due to issues like burrs and oil, similar shapes are created through etching. However, the reality is that parts tend to get stuck instead of being tapered. Our company has made it possible to perform 'taper machining/C surface machining' to facilitate easier insertion of parts. With this new machining method, tapering can be done freely without the drawbacks of burrs or oil.
