Automating the sealing process for resin molded products to reduce production costs. No need for mold processing or modification.
The "Hot Melt Dispensing Device" is a machine that automates sealing operations for resin molded products, such as applying foam urethane tape. By attaching it to a 3-axis or multi-axis robot, it can be integrated into production lines. It can accommodate a wide range of coating patterns and can be used for various shaped molded products without the need to process or modify molds. Since hot melt begins to harden immediately after dispensing, there is no need for ultraviolet light generation devices. You can choose between a foam type with excellent cushioning properties and a non-foam type. 【Features】 ■ Reduces costs for urethane tape bonding operations ■ Can be applied to various products by changing the teaching ■ Good adhesion and water resistance to resins ■ Excellent heat resistance with a softening point of 145℃ ■ Supports seven types of coating patterns *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download in PDF format.
