Heat stress index (WBGT) solution for remotely monitoring heatstroke risk.
GreenHouse Heat Stress Index (WBGT) Measurement Solution
An IoT solution that visualizes heatstroke risk and monitors from a distance. Measures the heat index (WBGT) with high accuracy based on Japanese Industrial Standards Class 1.5.
This system boasts a higher measurement accuracy compliant with Class 1.5 than the inexpensive Class 2 simple heat stroke index meters, measuring and recording five items that serve as indicators for heat stroke prevention: "Heat Index (WBGT)," "Ambient Temperature," "Relative Temperature," "Black Globe Temperature," and "Wet Bulb Temperature." Measurement data can be directly displayed on devices such as WBGT displays via LoRa communication, and using LoRaWAN, data uploaded to the cloud can notify registered email addresses when approaching dangerous conditions. Additionally, it allows for real-time monitoring through a web browser and downloading of measurement values, enabling the confirmation of multiple sensor measurements from a distance. Furthermore, due to LoRaWAN communication, there are no restrictions on communication frequency, allowing for real-time measurements at one-minute intervals to promptly respond to changes in heat stroke risk. *We also offer a cloud service that allows you to monitor sensor information from a dedicated site. Applications/Examples of results
It will be installed and used not only in workplaces related to weather and heatstroke research institutions, as well as construction sites and roadworks, but also in event venues, sports facilities, and schools, contributing to the prevention and reduction of heatstroke occurrences and accidents with high accuracy. Furthermore, we plan to collaborate with system development companies to connect to other cloud systems for functional expansion, and to integrate information into heatstroke prevention systems for businesses and organizations, thereby supporting efforts for organizational heatstroke measures that are becoming increasingly important by adding various functions tailored to customer needs.
Detailed information
-
By utilizing the "LoRa/LoRaWAN network," which is one of the new wireless communication technologies called "LPWA," it is possible to centrally manage the conditions of multiple locations from remote places such as construction site offices and headquarters.
