The "TCW-170 series" is a no-clean flux-cored aluminum solder that uses a flux primarily composed of fluorinated compounds and does not contain chlorides. Since it is a cored wire, there is no hassle of applying flux, and there is no concern about corrosion from flux residues, so post-cleaning is unnecessary.
