【Usage Instructions】 ◆Purge Work Sequence◆ Resin to be purged (pre-material) → ecomaru → Suggested discharge methods below (Note: The two-wash grade is not sold; we propose the cheaper methods below) ◆Suggested Discharge Methods for ecomaru◆ Basically, we recommend discharging ecomaru with post-material, but we will introduce discharge methods as a guideline. After washing with GWP (PP-based) or GWS (AS-based), discharge with MFR (5-10) PP or PE. *Especially when the post-material is transparent resin. ◆Recommended Purge Method◆ Combination of automatic purge (4 shots) + short purge. Short purge is a method that involves repeating "less measurement" and "high-speed injection." ◆Notes◆ In the initial wash, more cleaning agent will be used to clean items that could not be removed conventionally. During evaluation, please wash until the purged color becomes consistent, and assess based on the change in defect rate after starting molding. It cannot be used for sealing operations. Do not use for cleaning hot runners or cold runners.

1. Disconnect the hot runner and cylinder, clean the hopper, and then add ecomaru. After that, please discharge all the previous material using automatic purging.

2. After the previous material has been discharged, switch the setting to the short purge described on the previous page and perform the cleaning. *If foreign objects continue to appear, please add ecomaru.

3. After cleaning, completely discharge ecomaru with the remaining material or PP with an MFR of 5 to 10, and perform a replacement. Cleaning is considered complete once it is confirmed that there are no abnormalities in the appearance of the molded products.

4. ※If cleaning is performed using methods other than short purge and replacement is difficult. ※If the subsequent material is a transparent resin. → After cleaning, completely discharge ecomaru with PP of MFR 5 to 10, then introduce the subsequent material.
