Lasts more than 5 times longer than wire mesh! Lightweight and rust-free fence netting [Case study collection available].
Adopting 100% rust-free polyester, it weighs about 1/5 of wire mesh and offers high workability! It has a proven track record of not deteriorating even after over 30 years of outdoor use.
"STK Net" is a fence net made of 100% polyester that is free from rust. It weighs about 1/5 of conventional wire mesh, making it highly workable and weather-resistant. Due to its hexagonal design, even if a part tears, it does not lead to a continuous tear, and the same material net can be used to patch and repair the torn area. Therefore, it demonstrates its effectiveness in areas with severe salt damage near coastlines, volcanic regions, and in coastal and riverbank construction projects where wire mesh has a short lifespan. It can also be used as a small animal intrusion prevention net, contributing to accident prevention on highways. 【Features】 ■ Recyclability (can be reused as plastic material after use) ■ Transparency (does not reflect sunlight compared to conventional wire mesh) ■ Electrical insulation and voltage resistance (does not conduct electricity as it is made of resin) 【Applications】 ■ Fences for public facilities ■ Nets for fall prevention in apartments and irrigation channels ■ Nets for preventing small animal intrusion ■ Nets for protecting cultural properties and stone walls, etc. *You can download the STK Net construction case collection from the PDF! Our starting point was air duct cleaning in 1983. What surprised us at that time during duct cleaning was the contamination caused by an overwhelming amount of pigeon droppings around the rooftop air intake. The reality was that pigeon droppings were being directly sucked into the air conditioning units. We tried using pest control devices that were available in the market at that time, but we were not satisfied with the results. While searching for better solutions, I discovered a paper by C. WALCOTTO from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on "Pigeon Homing Behavior" in the library. Inspired by that, we found that by using magnets to disrupt the magnetic field, pigeons would be less likely to approach. This led to the development of the Bird Stopper, a device to prevent birds from coming near using magnets. Currently, we have various devices tailored to different situations, but we do not want to engage in irresponsible product sales. Instead, we prefer to assess the site ourselves, choose the best method, and make proposals, taking full responsibility in return. This is what we call "responsible construction with guaranteed effectiveness." Starting with air duct cleaning, we will continue to provide services that can be communicated from Osaka to the entire country and the world, challenge new fields, aim for further expansion, and contribute to society.
