The XP Power HPD4K5 series is a 3-phase input, 4.5kW output AC/DC power supply that complies with semiconductor manufacturing equipment standards (SEMI-F47). The output voltage can be programmed in the range of 10 to 100% via an external signal (0-5VDC). It also features remote ON/OFF, current monitoring, fault reporting, and power OK signals.
