It involves pressing retaining materials into the ground, loosening the soil inside the retained rigid PVC pipe with a high-pressure jet pump, and removing the soil with a powerful suction vehicle to lower it to the specified depth. This method constructs a reach pile for public pits and small manholes, as well as for the "Urinbo Method" PVC pipe pushing.
