Introducing a die that prevents the occurrence of debris that can cause mold damage and product defects.
This product is a scrap prevention die developed with the concept of allowing scrap to pass through the narrow parts of the die while undergoing elastic deformation, preventing it from reversing back. When the punch descends, the scrap is pushed into the narrow part inside the button die, where it passes through while being compressed from the sides. Even when the punch rises, the scrap does not rise with it and falls from the die, preventing scrap buildup. Since the scrap is discharged one by one each time, it also prevents clogging. 【Features】 ■ Allows scrap to pass through the narrow parts of the die while undergoing elastic deformation, preventing it from reversing back. ■ Prevents clogging as the scrap is discharged one by one each time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Advanced precision press processing technology in ultra-small sizes that only three companies in the world can achieve. Our high-level technological capabilities, which exceed industry norms, have received high praise from major domestic automobile manufacturers. Founded in 1933, Sato Industries has become a well-known entity in the industry, built on a foundation of achievements and experience accumulated over the years, along with continuous technological innovation and maintenance on-site. However, as a small to medium-sized enterprise with around 100 employees, we are still a small player on the global stage. Based on our creativity and technological prowess, we will continue to take on new challenges, expanding our horizons beyond the automotive industry, and aim to become "SATO of the World."
