The "SPM-101" is a transmission characteristic measurement device capable of measuring the characteristics of various transport devices and communication equipment across a frequency range of 20Hz to 6.4MHz. It integrates an oscillator and a selective level meter, allowing for the use of selectable filters with bandwidths (BW) of 6Hz, 70Hz, and 3.1kHz.
