The EOG concentration meter developed by Jay Science Lab Co., Ltd. is a fully automated device that uses gas chromatography (GC) method for measuring the concentration of ethylene oxide gas (EOG), which is used as a sterilization gas. It can be connected to sterilizers and sterilization cabinets from various manufacturers, regardless of size, allowing for easy and accurate measurement of the concentration inside the sterilizer (cabinet). Sterilization management can be conducted in real-time as an alternative to the BI method (Biological Indicator method). It can also be installed on existing sterilizers (cabinets). The N-GC216 is registered as a certified product under the Special Measures Law for Productivity Improvement. It is eligible for tax reductions as a special provision for fixed asset tax related to depreciable assets under local tax law.

【Features】 - The GC detector and sampling unit are integrated into a compact design. - By adopting a thermistor-type TCD for the detector, it is not oxidized by air and has a long lifespan. - All sample gas lines are housed within a constant temperature bath, eliminating concerns about moisture condensation. - A dedicated data processing unit is included. - It can perform automatic measurements at any desired time upon receiving a start signal from the sterilizer (chamber) (with a minimum cycle of 10 minutes). - It reads the pressure and temperature inside the sterilizer (chamber) and can output the EOG concentration in [mg/L] through automatic calculations. - The EOG concentration [mg/L] can be transmitted as an analog signal (4-20 mA or 0-1 V) to the sterilizer (chamber) control panel, allowing for centralized management of pressure, temperature, and concentration on the sterilizer (chamber) side.
