The EOG concentration meter developed by Jay Science Lab Co., Ltd. is a fully automated device that uses gas chromatography (GC) method for measuring the concentration of ethylene oxide gas (EOG), which is used as a sterilization gas. It can be connected to sterilizers and sterilization cabinets from various manufacturers, regardless of size, allowing for easy and accurate measurement of the concentration inside the sterilizer (cabinet). Sterilization management can be conducted in real-time as an alternative to the BI method (Biological Indicator method). It can also be installed on existing sterilizers (cabinets). The GC-216 is registered as a certified product under the Special Measures Law for Productivity Improvement. It is eligible for tax reductions as a special provision for fixed asset tax related to depreciable assets under local tax law.

**Features** - The GC216 data processing device is a PC type (JS μ7/JC2000), making data accumulation and management easy. - By using a dedicated rack (optional), all necessary components such as the PC and printer can be installed compactly. - EOG concentration is output in [vol%]. - With JS μ7, measurement results can be automatically transferred to spreadsheet software like EXCEL. - With JC2000 (optional), EOG concentration can be displayed in [mg/L] through automatic calculations using EXCEL macros with fixed inputs for temperature and pressure. - It can receive a start signal from the sterilizer (chamber) and perform automatic measurements unattended at any desired time. - By using the optional timer unit, measurements can be taken at any desired interval.
