DigestPro is a system specialized in protein digestion and sample preparation for MS-based proteomics. It fully automates all critical steps of the protein digestion protocol and can be used for both solution and gel-based samples. Additionally, it can automate sample cleanup and MALDI spotting. It allows for high-throughput processing of up to 96 samples at a time. All procedures are controlled and executed under reproducible conditions essential for protein analysis by mass spectrometry.
