We carry out the entire process from order and estimation, molding, pouring, breaking, cutting and deburring, shot blasting, to finishing and inspection, all the way to delivery. In the "pouring" process, where molten metal is injected into the mold, a technique is required to pour it quietly and quickly to avoid trapping air. "Deburring" is an important task related to finishing within the process. Since our establishment in 1973, we have been engaged in the manufacturing of bronze alloy sand castings, primarily focusing on various types of valves for over 50 years. In 2004, we established a subsidiary, Daimaru Industry, in Dalian, China, and have developed a consistent production and mass production system centered on water faucet hardware and general valves, selling both domestically and internationally.
