"AC Coat (Asahi Chiyoda Coating)" is a thin film solid lubrication treatment that demonstrates excellent friction performance even under unlubricated conditions, due to its extremely high lubrication performance. It exhibits an extremely low coefficient of friction (μ), and excels in sliding properties, wear resistance, and even corrosion resistance. Additionally, by mixing and dispersing lubricants such as fluorine, molybdenum disulfide, and graphite within a thermosetting resin binder, it enables the maintenance of stable sliding characteristics.
