Our company applies high-hardness coatings such as TiN, TiCN, CrN, TiAlN, S-AH (multi-element nitride), and S-AX (composite treatment film) to the surfaces of metal products using the Arc Ion Plating (AIP) method. Additionally, we apply high-hardness DLC coatings to the surfaces of metal products using the Unbalanced Magnetron Sputtering (UBMS) method. DLC exhibits a low friction coefficient even on soft materials like aluminum and lead alloys, which are prone to adhesion, and it has excellent anti-adhesion properties.
