A certain IT equipment maintenance company was facing challenges in managing engineers' schedules using Excel spreadsheets for each department. Therefore, they chose 'BI21' because "the current assignment Excel format can be used as is, eliminating the need to recreate it from scratch." After implementation, it became possible to check the availability of engineers in the desired department using our product (browser).
