We manufacture recycled pellets by blending raw materials such as EPS off-spec products, ingots, and sheet grindings. Our products include highly transparent and hard general-purpose polystyrene, milky white impact-resistant polystyrene with improved impact resistance by adding rubber components, and polypropylene with good moldability and surface gloss. Please feel free to consult us if you have any requests. 【Manufacturing Process】 1. Drying: Removal of moisture from EPS raw materials containing water through vacuum drying. 2. Crushing: Crushing GP blocks or sheet skeletons. 3. Raw Material Blending & Tumbler Mixer: Blending dried EPS and crushed sheet/block materials to stabilize material properties. 4.
